Every review comes from a completed Relay booking, so reputations are real and pros are accountable. If something's genuinely wrong, contact support and we'll help resolve it.
How do I actually pay?
You approve an itemised invoice before your saved card is charged — never before the work is done, and never a surprise amount.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes. Pre-booked jobs are free to cancel up to 2 hours before the slot; urgent jobs are free to cancel within 5 minutes of being matched. Details are shown before you confirm.
Is there a callout charge?
Some trades carry a callout fee, shown upfront before you book — never hidden or added afterwards.
Do I need to be in for the whole job?
That's between you and the pro — for many jobs you don't need to be present throughout, just able to give access and be reachable.
